Combined Sales Strategy Presentation and Case Study
This project was a comprehensive assignment that allowed us to apply the theoretical knowledge from our marketing management course to a practical, real-world scenario. Our team contacted a real-life client and analyzed their case study, focusing on their industry challenges, competitive landscape, and objectives. We brainstormed ideas and developed a sales strategy that addressed the client's needs.
We created visually appealing and engaging sales presentation decks to support our strategy, incorporating data, visuals, and examples. I also designed a logo animation and slide decks. Our hard work paid off as we made it to the finals of the Pith Competition, where we presented our sales strategy to judges and an audience of 160 people. As a result, we placed second.
